Information we use
Parent name and contact details, child name and date of birth, selected appointments and payment status. Clinical notes are accessible only to authorized clinicians. Parents see a separately prepared summary.
Family, files and chat
Invited relatives can access the children, their documents and bookings in the shared family. You can remove this access from the relatives menu. Personal files not linked to a child are available only to their owner and doctors.
Chat is available to the patient, the selected doctor and administrators. Profile photos appear in the relevant profiles. File contents, messages and reasons for blocking are stored encrypted.
Forum and parent messages
Forum topics, comments, images and reactions are visible to parents with verified accounts and the administrator. Direct messages between parents are accessible to both participants and the site administrators. Administrators can review all these conversations, hide forum posts and lock topics. Administrator access and moderation actions are recorded in the audit log.
Payments
Payments are made through myPOS. We record the reference, amount and verification result, without card numbers, CVV codes or payment passwords.
Security
Technical records support security and abuse investigations: IP address, source port where available, timestamp, request identifier and actions taken. Clinical notes and passwords are excluded from these records.
When a technical error occurs, a limited reconstruction of the visible screen may be saved for diagnostics. It records the layout, theme and general interface labels. Names, medical content, photos, messages and entered values are masked before sending. The view is available only to administrators, encrypted, retained for up to 30 days and removed when the error is deleted from the list. This is not continuous screen recording.
Bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for registration and login. Cloudflare checks technical information about your browser and connection to limit automated abuse. We do not send your password or form contents to this service.
Cookies
Essential cookies support sign-in and form security. Your language and theme preferences are saved on your device. This version uses no advertising cookies or external analytics trackers.
Site traffic
We store total page views by day and section, without visitor identifiers, IP addresses or individual browsing histories. These statistics add no cookies.
Your questions
Contact the clinic to request access, corrections or other actions concerning your data. Medical documents and technical records are processed according to their purpose and applicable requirements.
